Re: RX 580 fans not spinning. Some system info would be helpful, at least the exact make and model of you video card. The card probably has zero fan mode so shouldn't start the fans until it hits a temperature threshold. Though since you noticed you have a problem I assume they never turn on until the card overheats. Dont freak out man, it turns the fans on when it is under load. They will turn on when you play a game or something. Don't stress about temps unless you're card is above 75c, if that happens see if there is a way you can improve cooling in your case. 1. level 1.

If the fans are spinning at different speeds, then there is nothing wrong with the fan.
